The first International Meeting “Awareness Raising & Education on Biosafety & Biosecurity in Ukraine”

National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Association of Biosafety with the assistance of UK Ministry of Defence are organizing series of seminars with international participation on the theme "Awareness raising and education on Biosafety and Biosecurity in Ukraine". The aim of these seminars is to disseminate knowledge on Biosafety, Biosecurity and Bioethics, information on methods and practices of so-called "dual use" issues amongst experts who represent educational institutions of biological, medical and agricultural profile. These seminars are also targeted at high level representatives of ministries and state agencies which are involved in country`s Biosafety.

The first International Meeting “Awareness Raising & Education on Biosafety & Biosecurity in Ukraine” will take place in the Conference Hall of the “CITYHOTEL”, 56A Bohdan Khmelnitskiy Str., Kyiv, Ukraine, on Saturday 4th – Monday 6th, October, 2014.
